Our Delicious Birthday Salad

Many of you asked for our recipe to our birthday salad, so here it is! Enjoy!

Salad, 8-12 servings
2 bags spinach lettuce (you can add romaine lettuce)
1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
3/4 c. dried apricots
1 sliced bosc (or red) pear
3/4 c. cashews

Salad Dressing
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. strawberry jam
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
poppy seeds to taste

Blend above together
