Crowd Pleaser


This is one of our favorite fall recipes that we have to share with you! It's one of those recipes that your neighbors and friends love you for! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 cups pure pumpkin
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups canola oil
4 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups water
4 2/3 flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I always add a little more!)

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Then combine and mix both bowls together. Pour into greased pans (Pam spray with flour is great). Makes 9 mini loaves or 4 large loaves. Cook at 350 degrees. Mini pans for 40-50 minutes and large pans for 60-70 minutes.
